Couch pull-ups+cartoons=THE LIFE

 

 

Skill: 10-15 minutes of technique in the Overhead Squat (unracking, hand placement, behind the neck push press/jerk)

Every 90 seconds, for 5 sets:

Overhead Squat x 3 reps

(focus should be on mechanics of the lift, as well as perfect form and depth. DO NOT increase weight unless all reps on the previous set were PERFECT).

 

5 minute AMRAP:

3 burpees

6 deadlifts (185/125)

 

On your own as soon as AMRAP is completed:

2 sets:

1250m row at 85%

rest 2 minutes
