A little throwback Thursday for those that don’t know…

 

10-15 minutes of HSPU (kipping is ok) and pistol practice*

* pistols can be done to a target (box or ball) if modification is needed.

 

9 minute AMRAP:

15 HR Push-ups

30 KB Swings (53/35)

15 front rack lunges 75/55

rest 2 minutes, then:

1 round for time:

15 HR Push-ups

30 KB swings

15 front rack lunges (75/55)
