WOD – Friday – 8-14-15

Every 90 seconds, for 5 sets:

Push Press x5 at 85%

 

Every 90 seconds, for 5 sets:

Backsquat:

5 at 80%

4 at 85%

3 at 85-90%

2 at 90-95%

1 at 95%+

rest 2 minutes, then:

Backsquat at 85%* x max reps (no excessive pause at the top. Deep breath, brace, and squat)*

 

WOD:

10 min EMOM:

5 box stepovers (55/35 each hand)

5 pull-ups

immediately into

5 min AMRAP:

3 man makers (55/35)

6 jumping squats

 

Announcement: Unfortunately, our property manager just advised us that asphault in our parking lot is being redone this weekend, and our building will not have ANY vehicle or pedestrian access until Monday.
