12 min EMOM:

Minute 1: 30 second HS Hold

Minute 2: 50 double unders (75 singles)

Minute 3: 30 second plank hold (on forearms)

 

WOD:

For Time:

10-20-30-40*

wallballs (20/14)

toes to bar (mod with knees to elbow or knees to chest)

*200m run after each round
