10 Min HS Practice (pushups, holds, walks freestanding HSPU etc. your choice)
10 min rope climb practice (if grip strength is an issue, work on accumulating several planked climbs from the floor in 10 minutes. If technique is an issue, work from a chair to find proper foot placement)
4 min AMRAP:
6 alternating DB snatches (55/35)*
rest 2 minutes
*This WOD should be FAST. The DB should only touch the ground long enough for you to switch hands and rip it out of the ground again. Be fast all the way through.
