Corina isn’t letting a sling stop her ^^

 

Front squat cycle: week 2/day 1

Every 90 seconds:

5 at 75%+10-15 pounds

4 at 80% ^^^

3 at 85%^^^

2 at 90%^^^

10 at 75% (no weight added)

5 at 80% (no weight added)

 

Whether you use 10 or 15 pounds in addition to the percentages should be based on feel. If you feel like you can accomplish the task with 15 extra pounds, go for it. If your kids kept you up late or you had one too many glasses of wine last night, go with 10 pounds.

4 rds:

25 KB Swings (53/35)

50 double unders (100 singles)

100m run

25 wallballs (20/14)
