Every 90 seconds, complete one of the following sets:

 

5 at 80%

4 at 85%

2 at 90%

2 at 90%

1 at 95%

1 at 95%

rest 2 minutes, then:

Max effort unbroken STRICT PRESS at 50% of 1RM PUSH PRESS*

 

2 rounds for time:

800m run

60 wallballs (20/14)

20 minute cap.
