CrossFit Lifted – CrossFit

5×5 deadlift

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:

5 deadlifts at 80%

Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:

200m sprint

Record each individual time. These should be no less than a 90% effort.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Rest 3 minutes, then:

10 min. AMRAP:

25 wallballs (20/14)

25 burpees

Cash out

ON YOUR OWN AFTER CLASS

2 sets:

25 weighted situps (45/25)

Rest one minute
