3 sets:

20 weighted situps

20 weighted squats

(Same weight for both)

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

EMOM 16:

1) 30 seconds ME burpees (sub with jumping squats)

Rest 30 seconds

2) 30 seconds of rowing or biking for calories

30 seconds rest

Score is total burpees and total calories
