5 sets:

20 situps

Rest 30 seconds

Death by Burpees (AMRAP – Rounds)

Every minute until failure:

Minute 1: 1 burpee

Minute 2: 2 burpees

Minute 3: 3 burpees, etc.

Continue for as long as possible adding one rep each minute until you failed to complete the required work within a minute.
