CrossFit Lifted – CrossFit Lifted Body Blast From Home

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes:

1) 20 armless jumping jacks

2) 15 situps

3) 15 air squats

Score is total completed rounds of each of the three.

Example:

Completed 8 of the rounds of jumping jacks, all 10 rounds of situps, and 9 rounds of air squats, score would be 8, 10, 9.
