1 minute max effort

Burpees

1 minute max effort lunges

1 minute max effort air squats

Run 150 meters

Walk 50 meters

NOTE: use the run and the walk as recovery to start you next set. Once you get in from the walk, start your next set on the next round minute.

Score is total burpees
