3 rounds for time:

25 lunges

25 situps

Rest 3 minutes, then:

Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

5 sets:

500m row

Rest two minutes

Note each individual time. If you do not have access to a rower, you can run 400m, elliptical for two minutes or stationary bike for 2 minutes. Please list which movement you did.
