Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

24 minute AMRAP:

3 sets:

6 burpees

6 air squats

3 sets:

7 burpees

5 air squats

3 sets:

8 burpees

4 air squats

3 sets:

9 burpees

3 air squats

3 sets:

10 burpees

2 air squats

3 sets:

11 burpees

1 air squat

Get through as much of this as you can in 24 minutes, then add up your reps! If you get all the way through, start over!
