CrossFit Lifted – CrossFit Lifted Body Blast From Home

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

25 weighted situps

Rest 1 minute

Doesnt matter what the weight is, but use some sort of outside weight.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 min AMRAP:

200m run or row

25 lunges

Rest 2 minutes, then:

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

5 minute AMRAP:

100m run or row

5 burpees

Note: burpees can be subbed for 10 jumping squats
