CrossFit Lifted – CrossFit Lifted Body Blast From Home

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

5 min. AMRAP:

10 squats

10 situps

10 lunges

Rest 2 minutes, then:

5 min. AMRAP:

As much running as possible

Rest 2 minutes, then:

5 min. AMRAP:

25 armless jumping jacks

30 second wallsit

Please record reps for each workout. Every 30 second wallsit counts for 1 rep, and every meter of running counts for one rep.
