Sprint from the Zombies

(300m sprint)

Rest 90 seconds

NOTE:

You wouldn’t “jog” if Zombies were chasing you, so don’t jog here.

Because of the Boos: Bootcamp Edition (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 minute AMRAP:

10 drop deads (burpees)

31 pumpkin smashes (ball slams)(choose weight)

16 pumpkin tosses (wallballs)(choose weight)

Metcon (Weight)

200m Frankenstein walk (sled pull)(pick a weight you can perform without stopping)
