CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

15 seated shoulder presses (dumbbells. Choose weight)

Rest 1 minute

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

10 minute AMRAP:

5 burpees

10 wallballs

15 KB Swings

Rest 5 minutes, then repeat.

Metcon (Weight)

2 sets:

100m sled pull+farmer carry (up the carrying weight, but the sled stays the same)

Rest 1 minute
