100 ft. Front rack sandbag carry

25 sit-ups

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

21 minute EMOM:

1) 15 medball stepovers (24/20) (choose weight)

2) 15 ball slams

3)15 wallballs (choose weight)

Each completed minute is worth one rep

Metcon (Weight)

200m sled pull+farmers carry (same weight as Wednesday)
