Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

50 flutter kicks + 30 second plank hold

Rest 1 minute

Metcon (Time)

10 rounds for time:

50 foot bear crawl

10 box stepovers (choose dumbbell weight)

20 KB Swings (choose weight)

30 minute cap.

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets: standing dumbbell shoulder press x 15 reps (choose weight)

Rest 60 seconds
