CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (Weight)

5 sets:

7 DB Front squats (choose moderate to heavy weight)

10 weighted sit-ups (25/15)

Rest 1 minute

If you are unable to squat to below depth without assistance, please use a low box.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 minute AMRAP:

5 burpee box step overs (20 inches or lower all)

10 lunges

15 calorie row or assault bike

Metcon (No Measure)

5 sets:

3 rope planks

Rest 1 minute
