200m run

Rest 60 seconds

Note all three times.

Metcon (6 Rounds for reps)

6 sets:

45 seconds of ME air squats

15 seconds rest

30 seconds of ME situps

30 seconds of rest

45 seconds of ME burpees

Rest 15 seconds

Rest 1 minute

Score is total reps each round.

Metcon (Weight)

2 sets:

100m farmer carry (weight as wednesday) + sled pull at half body weight)
