2) 45 second wallsit

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

21 minute EMOM:

Min 1: 50m sled sprint (115/75)

Min 2: 5 manmakers (choose weight)

Min 3: 12-15 cal row

Score is total RX rounds completed

Metcon (Weight)

200m sled pull (bodyweight+25-50 pounds) (if you weigh over 270, use 3/4 bodyweight)
