CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

6 min AMRAP:

As much running as possible in 200m increments. Each 200m will be considered a round.

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

45-60 plank hold

Rest one minute

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 minute AMRAP:

12 burpee med ball slams (perform a burpee, and as you stand up, being the med ball with you and slam it to the ground from overhead)

12 hand release push-ups

12 air squats

Metcon (Weight)

200m sled pull+front rack sandbag hold (3/4 body weight)
