70 flutter kicks

200m run

30 second plank hold

Rest 1 minute

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

3 sets:

90 seconds of rowing for cals

90 seconds of dumbbell Snatches (choose weight)

90 seconds of burpees

90 seconds of wallballs (choose weight)

90 seconds of sit-ups

90 seconds of assault bike for cals

Rest 3 minutes

Total reps for each round.
