Metcon (No Measure)

Every minute on the minute for 6 minutes:

1) 40-45 plank hold

2) 40-45 second wallsit

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Every Minute on the minute for 21 minutes:

1) 5-7 calories on the assault bike

2) 15 KB Swings (choose weight)

3) 15 goblet squats (same weight as the Kettlebell)

Score is completed rounds, with a max score of 21.

200m sled pull+front rack sandbag carry (3/4 bodyweight)
