CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

6 minute AMRAP:

15 sit-ups

10 single arm standing dumbbell presses (5 on each arm, choose weight)

Metcon (7 Rounds for reps)

21 minute EMOM:

1) 15 wallballs (choose weight)

2) 13/10 calorie row

3) 19 KB Swings (choose weight)

One point per completed round. Max score for the workout is 21.

400m farmer carry (choose a heavy weight and take your time)
