CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

25 weighted situps (heavier than last time)

Rest 30 seconds

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

16 min. EMOM:

1) 30 seconds of single jump rope

2) 30 seconds of assault bike for calories

Total jump ropes for one score, total calories for the other. You may substitute jumping jacks if you cannot jump rope

200m sled pull+front rack sandbag carry 3/4 body weight+10-15 pounds
