20 weighted sit-ups with a dumbbell (choose weight)

20 minute EMOM:

1) 30 seconds ME DB Thrusters (choose weight)

30 seconds rest

2) 30 seconds ME burpees

30 seconds rest

3) 30 seconds ME wallballs (choose weight)

Rest 90 seconds

Metcon (Weight)

2 sets:

200m farmer carry (choose weight)

Rest 1 minute
