25 weighted situps (at least 15# pounds women/25# men)

Rest 45 seconds

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Every minute on the minute for 21 minutes:

1) 15 jumping squats

2) 12 DB Snatches (choose weight)

3) 100m row
Max score is 21. 1 point per completed round.

Metcon (Weight)

200m sled+farmer carry (same weight as monday)
