CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (No Measure)

Brief discussion and demo on proper air squat and hand release pushup technique, then:

3 sets:

15 air squats (use weight if youd like)

10 hand release pushups

15 sit-ups (weight optional)

NOTE: I’d like good quality squats to full depth

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 minute AMRAP:

50 ft. Bear crawl

10 calorie assault bike ride

15 KB Swings (choose weight)

20 wallballs (choose weight, air squats for new athletes

25 sit-ups

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

15 floor presses (choose a heavier weight than last time)

Rest 1 minute
