Metcon (No Measure)

Every minute on the minute fir 6 minutes:

1) 45 second plank hold

2) 45 second wallsit

Metcon (1 Rounds for reps)

Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes:

1) 30 seconds of rowing for cals

2) 30 seconds of manmakers (choose weight)

3) 30 seconds of ball slams (choose weight)

One total score. Each cal is worth a rep.

200m overhead walk (at least 25/15)
