CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (Weight)

5 sets:

Dumbbell squats x 10 reps

(Dumbbells on shoulder)

Rest 90 seconds

NOTE: if you have issues with depth, you may squat to a small box. Build over the course of 5 sets.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 minute AMRAP:

50 foot bear crawl

20 box step overs (choose weight)

15 calorie assault bike

20 weighted situps (choose weight)

Metcon (Weight)

2 sets: 200m farmer carry (HEAVY)

Rest 2 minutes
