Metcon (No Measure)

8 rounds:

Tabata elbow jacks

Metcon (Weight)

Intro to floor presses

Then 5 sets:

10 floor presses (choose weight)

Rest 45-60 seconds

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 minute AMRAP:

5 burpees

7 push-ups

9 air squats

Metcon (Weight)

200m sled pull (same weight as Wednesday)
