60 seconds rest

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Every 4 minutes for 24 minutes:

Row 250 meters

max burpees until the 3:00 mark

rest 1 minute

Score is total burpees

Metcon (Weight)

1200m sled pull (same weight as previous)
