Metcon (No Measure)

6 min EMOM:

1) 40 second wall sit

2) 30 second flutter kick

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

Retest from 1-8-16:

Every minute on the minute for 21 minutes:

1) 30 seconds assault bike

2) 10 HR pushups

3) 30 seconds of lunges (weighted optional)
This a retest, so please look up the weight you used from 1-8-16, and lets see how much better we’ve gotten at each movement!
