No sled pull today! Yay!

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

Bent over row x 15 reps each arm

30 second plank hold

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

15 min EMOM:

1) 15 KB Swings (choose weight)

2) 15 stationary lunges (weight optional)

3) 10 calorie row

Rest 3 minutes then:

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15 min AMRAP:

15 KB Swings

15 stationary lunges

10 calorie row
