CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (No Measure)

5 sets:

5 push-ups

10 weighted sit-ups (choose weight)

15 squats with a single dumbbell under the chin (choose weight)

Rest 1 minute

The goal should be to move through this unbroken and as quickly as possible each round.

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

3 sets:

7 minute AMRAP:

30 wallballs (choose weight)

30 calorie row

30 burpees

Rest 3 minutes

Metcon (Weight)

200m waiter walk (switch arms every 50 meters, choose weight)
