CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (Weight)

6 min EMOM:

1) 45 second med ball march (heavier than last time)

2) 45 second plank hold (add weight for increased difficulty)

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

Every minute, on the minute, for 18 minutes:

1) 40 seconds ME box step overs (choose weight)

2) 40 seconds ME weighted sit-ups (choose weight)

3) 40 seconds ME KB Swings (choose weight)

Score will be as follows:

1) total step overs

2) total sit-ups

3) total kb swings
