Metcon (2 Rounds for weight)

3 sets:

15 seated unsupported strict press (choose weight)

25 weighted situps (choose weight)

Metcon (1 Rounds for reps)

21 minute EMOM:

1) 8 burpee box stepovers (choose weight)

2) 20 KB Swings (choose weight)

3) 10 goblet squats (choose weight)
Score is completed rounds. If you complete all rounds, without scaling the reps, your score will be 7.
