7 pushups
Rest 2 minutes, then:

4 min AMRAP:

15 jump rope

10 push press (choose weight)
Rest 3 minutes then:

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 min EMOM:

5 KB Swings (choose weight)

10 air squats

15 situps

Metcon (Weight)

800m sled pull (10# heavier than last week)
