CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

4 sets:

7 minute AMRAP:

Row 1000m

15 jumping pullups

As many burpees as possible with remaining time.

Rest 3 minutes.

Score is total burpees each round

Metcon (Weight)

400m overhead plate walk (choose weight)

Plate MUST be overhead, or you cannot be walking.
