12 wallballs (choose weight)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 minute AMRAP:

15 dumbbell thrusters (choose weight)

15 jumping pullups

15 dumbbell deadlifts

15 HR Push-ups

30 dumbbell snatches

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

25 weighted sit-ups (choose weight)

Rest 1 minute
