6 minute EMOM:

1) 30 seconds of jump rope or jumping jacks

2) 30 seconds of elbow jacks

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

5 sets:

1 minute max cal row

1 minute max burpees

1 minute max cal bike

1 minute max KB Swing (choose weight)

2 minutes rest

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

30 second stationary front rack KB march (choose weight)

30 second rest
