CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (Weight)

3 rounds:

15 dumbbell deadlifts (choose weight)

15 weighted sit-ups (choose weight)

1:00 rest

Lets keep it light on the deadlifts and focus on technique. If the technique is good, you can push up the weight a little bit.

Metcon (6 Rounds for reps)

Every 5 minutes, for 30 minutes:

25/20 calorie assault bike

15 manmakers (choose weight)

(Stop no later than the 4 minute mark to allow for one minute of recovery)

Score is completed reps in

each set (6 sets total)

Metcon (No Measure)

3 minutes of continuous running (dont care about pace, just as long as you’re running)

You may use the 100m or 200m mark
