Elbow jacks

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

5 sets:

1 minute max effort Assault bike

30 second max effort sandbag squat (mod with med ball)

Rest 90 seconds

1 minute max effort burpees

30 seconds of wallballs (choose weight)

Rest 90 seconds

Score is total reps each round.
