* Modify with bands

* For more modifications, use pvc pipe + thicker bands (hanging

from pull-up bar, pull down on pvc pipe to replicate “pull-up” movement instead of jumping pull-ups

120 wall balls*

EMOM: 3 burpees until completed

15:00 time cap

* Score is time it takes to complete 100 wall balls. Add :01 for every wall ball not completed in 15:00
