CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (Weight)

4 sets

10 Goblet Box Squats

Same weight as last week. Goal here is to build some strength, but maintain good form and safety in the squat. Maintain full depth to a low box

Metcon (Time)

4 rounds for time:

250m row

15 wallballs (choose weight)

25 DB Snatches (choose weight)

15 lunges (choose weight)

20:00 cap

* Score is time completed or reps completed in 20:00

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets for completion, not time:

12 ring rows

1:00 rest

* Goal should be unbroken sets. If possible elevate feet or lower rings for more difficulty, while maintaining engaged core position.
