CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (Weight)

5 sets:

20 goblet squats (use the sane weight you used last week, and attempt to go unbroken

Rest 90 seconds

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

Every 5:00 for 30:00:

200m row

15 dumbbell thrusters (choose weight)

200m run

15 sit-ups

* Athletes should have at least :30 of rest before start of next round

** Score is total rounds completed out of a possible 6 rounds (every 5 minute piece completed, counts as one completed rep, with the highest possible score for the entire workout being 6).

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

10 lying leg lifts

Rest 30 seconds
