Metcon (Weight)

Every 1:30 for 5 sets:

10 seated DB strict press (choose weight)

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

15 min amrap:

4 burpees

6 ring rows

8 manmakers

(3:00 rest)

12 min amrap

12 weighted situps

14 squats

16 calorie assault bike

* Record as two separate scores for each AMRAP, total rounds and reps completed

** Weighted situps should be done with one dumbbell (same weight used for first amrap)

OH plate stationary march

x :45 seconds
